What would you do if you were immortal? In Feburay 2008, we watched how Rin used her immortality.

Directing this 270 minute (6 episodes,45 minute each) action/adventure/horror/mystery/animation/thriller is Shieru Ueda.

Some of the voice actors were: Mamiko Noto as Rin Aaogi, Rie Kugimiya as Mimi, Kaori Nazuka as Mishio Maeno, Rikiya Koyama as Ihika, Masahiko Tanaka as Tajimamori, Sayaka Ohara as Laura and Akira Ishida as Apos.

Rin is a private investigator with her own agency (Asogi Consulting) in Tokyo. Everyday normal is something Rin strives for in life but unfortunately, it's something far from her reach. Normal for Rin means being able to regenerate from injuries, and never being able to die. She knows this because death has tried several times, and has failed for the last thousand years. That's a long time to be around without a purpose. So, Rin and her friend Mimi run Asogi Consulting and help people by doing the odd jobs that come through the door.

The title falls in the horror section, but doesn't have a lot of scary or horror stuff to it. Yeah, I liked the storyline, and the playthrough was cool, but if you're looking for something with horrid monsters or some dark evilness... you won't find it here. Plus side, the fight scenes are pretty cool, and there is a bit of twistedness spread out through the story. Also, it's pretty heavy in the erotic visuals department. Yeah it's a basic good vs evil story, but while sitting through and watching all the episodes back to back, I found the story a little slow at times and hard to keep my attention. Now, the animation department did a killer job, everything looked great and it had some awesome scenes supporting the playthrough. It's not the best anime story I've ever seen but definitely not the worst by any means. If you've got the time, it's only six episodes so I'd say give it a go.

It's rated TV-MA but has nudity, violence and language.

 3 stars.
